Licence and Copyright

Protected Content

All content of the Materlogic application — including source code, user interface, data models, optimisation algorithms, calculation procedures and specific data structures — is protected by copyright under applicable law.

The author and sole holder of the intellectual property rights is the Operator of the application, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prohibited Actions

Without prior written consent from the Operator, the following are strictly prohibited: copying, modifying or reproducing the source code or any part thereof; reverse engineering the application, its algorithms or optimisation logic; creating derivative works or similar services based on the specific technical implementation; distributing or making the application or any of its parts available to third parties.

Use of a general concept or idea (e.g. the existence of a cut-plan optimiser) does not constitute authorisation to replicate the specific technical implementation.

Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Licence to Use

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the application through its public web interface, solely for their own internal purposes.

This licence does not grant access to the application's source code or any of its internal components.

Any other use — including integration into internal systems, commercial use, operating derived solutions or redistribution — requires a separate licence agreement with the Operator.

For licensing enquiries or other forms of collaboration, please contact the Operator via the contact details on the About page.
