Materlogic does not require registration or login.

Personal data is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user via a contact form — typically name, email address and message content.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Provided data is used solely to respond to the user's inquiry or feedback. The legal basis for processing is the Operator's legitimate interest.

Retention and Disclosure

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary, and no longer than 12 months from the date it was provided. Data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Calculator Data and Uploaded Files

All data entered into technical calculators is used solely to perform the calculation within the current session and is not permanently stored. Uploaded files (e.g. DXF) are processed temporarily and are not retained after the session ends.

Cookies and Analytics

The application currently does not use cookies or third-party tracking or analytics tools.

Policy Updates

If the application's features are expanded in the future (e.g. user accounts, analytics), this policy will be updated accordingly.
